Staff Management

With RetailRoster you can assign each staff member to different tasks (including an experience rating for each task).

When you create a roster, you can choose to give your most experienced staff priority, or choose to optimise your roster on any number of pre-defined rules (including pay rate, randomised or fixed allocation, minimum and maximum number of hours to work).

Staff can easily navigate, view and adjust their own availabilities via our user-friendly web-interface.

Roster Generation

With RetailRoster you create a number of varying roster templates (for example, a peak and off-peak roster to allow for flexible staffing requirements).

With our auto-generation option, RetailRoster will automatically assign staff to shifts (based on their availability and a set of pre-defined rules) to suit your specific requirements.

When you are happy with the roster, it is just a matter of hitting a send button, and the completed roster will automatically be communicated to all your staff via email, mobile-phone messaging and online web viewing.

Roster Alteration

As a manager you have complete control over any sudden changes, no-shows and or work leave requests which may occur.

RetailRoster can automatically manage all these variations or provide you the opportunity to manually customise your roster to your needs.
